House rules

Keep the facility clean and tidy. 
The resident manager comes to the house for maintenance and to clean up the common space once a week.
Make sure to keep your room clean by yourself.

It would be preferable that the AC filter is cleaned once a month.
Get your own bedding sets by yourself.  There is a home improvement store near the share house. 

For those people who will stay less than three months and want to use rental bedding sets, 
please contact the resident manager. 

Get your own laundry hangers and clothes pins by yourself.
Make sure to take out your laundry from the washing machine and keep the lid open after use.

Keep the bathroom, the kitchen, and the table clean after use for other residents.
Get the city designated trash bag and throw away your trash by yourself. 
The trash in the kitchen is cleaned by the resident manager.
Recyclable garbage: aluminum cans, cardboard, glass bottles, beverage pet bottles (caps are burnable)
Non-burnable: steel cans, glass bottles for oil
Burnable: others *Pet bottles for oil and soy sauce are burnable.
Please take care of your sanitary trash by yourself.

Make sure to put your name or room number on your stuff when you put it in the fridge.
If you’re fine with sharing your stuff with other residents, please write “FREE” on it and tell the residents.
Please wash and dry tableware you have used and put them back to where they were. 

 

Utility time is until midnight.

Please keep little less noise after mid night and the eary morning. 

After showering, make sure to clean the drain and open the door for airing out.
After using the hair dryer, make sure to clean up the hair around you.

 

Your friends can come into only the common space. 
Make sure to get the permission from all the residents if you want to hold a party.
Let all the residents know when your friend(s) come to the share house. 
Any people from outside as well. ex.) The repairer you booked. 
It’s not allowed that non-residents stay at the share house.
When your family or friends come to visit you and stay in Okayama, 
  please recommend to use the Guesthouse and Lounge Toriikuguru.

Move out
Let the resident manager know at least one month before about moving out.
Housing fee for the month you leave will be counted by daily pay rent.
The utility fee will be covered by the maintenance and repair charge you paid when moving in.
