The first payment

When moving in, you need to pay Daily pay rent for the month you move in Maintenance and Repair charge 20,000 yen.

Maintenance and Repair Charge    20,000 yen (Won’t be refunded.)

Monthly Payment

Pay rent for the next month + Utility charge (Will be noticed on every 20th)

The utility charge is split by the number of residents every month.

Need to be paid during 20th to the last of the month.

Pay Rent        35,000 yen per month
 

Utility Charges    Differs based on each month. The cost is split by the number of residents. 
(About 5,000 yen per month on average. Goes up to around 10,000 yen in the middle of summer/ winter) 
Will be noticed on every 20th

If you overdue the payment, please contact the manager as soon as possible.
We will ask you to displace in the case of multiple/ pernicious nonpayment.
(Utility charge for the month you move in might be comparatively expensive than
 other month since the cost is split equally by the residents.)

Total payment    45,000 yen
(House Rent    35,000 yen  +  Maintenance and Utility Charge    10,000 yen)

Rental Bedding Sets
For those people staying at the share house less than three months, we have rental bedding sets. 
Please contact the resident manager in advance.

The facility of Kirakuso is kept clean and tidy thanks to the residents.
 Please be respectful to the facility and other residents.

Move out
Let the resident manager know at least one month before about moving out.
Housing fee for the month you leave will be counted by daily pay rent.
The utility fee will be covered by the maintenance and repair charge you paid when moving in.
